Position Summary
We're looking for a talented Project Manager to join our IT / OT team. In this newly created role, you'll build out the PM process for our group and actively take on projects. This will be a very active and collaborative role as you work with team members and stakeholders to establish and maintain a list of projects, including priorities and deadlines, and communicate status of the projects. You'll also teach others in the agile philosophy.
This will be a full-time permanent position based at our corporate headquarters, located at Highways 169 and 55 in Plymouth. THIS CAN BE A HYBRID POSITION WITH TWO TO THREE DAYS PER WEEK FROM YOUR HOME OFFICE; THIS IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE BASED ON PROJECT REQUIREMENTS.
What You'll Be Doing
- Create projects and delegate tasks to meet the requirements for those projects; they are typically initiatives received from multiple departments, and they align with the overall IT / OT strategic plan
- Create, execute, and communicate project timeframes, and establish deadline estimates with collaborators and stakeholders
- Manage internal project lists to ensure deliverables are clear, prioritized and achieved in a timely manner
- Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to understand and document current business processes, issues, opportunities, and functional and technical requirements
- Act as a project management coach, working with team members and stakeholders to help them utilize agile methods and ways of working
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals
- You'll be travelling an estimated 10% to remote Banner locations, both domestic and international

Required
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of IT Project Management
- 3+ years of experience gathering user requirements, and understanding and interpreting requirements specifications
- Experience with waterfall and Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience working with ERP systems
- Proven history of time-management, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, and feel comfortable working with ambiguity at times
Preferred
- Experience creating ad-hoc queries, using query tools in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL
- Experience working in Oracle, especially EBS R12
- PMP certification
