Job Description
Manage the implementation of major enterprise UCaaS solutions acting as the primary point of contact for all parties involved with the project. Establish and maintain project plans, coordinate, and schedule all resources, conference calls and meetings, manage budgets, drive projects to meet critical milestones, deliver a positive customer experience, and ensure that project and customer requirements for project deliverables and results are met. Interface with internal systems for workflow processes including ordering, change order management, forecast updates and closing processes.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the implementation of enterprise UCaaS solutions, acting as a primary point of contact for all parties involved with the project and to run the project on a day-by-day basis
- Establish project plans
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives as it relates to improving project delivery
- Coordinate and schedule all resources, including conference calls and meetings
- Manage budgets/financials
- Drive the projects to meet milestones
- Ensure that requirements are met for project deliverables and results while providing best in class customer service
- Interface with internal systems for workflow processes including ordering, change order management, forecasting updates, and closing processes
- May be assigned other duties from time to time on reasonable notice based on the needs of the Company and your skills.
Desired Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree preferred
- Ten years of experience with enterprise voice technology
- Current PMP credential and 5+ years of large Enterprise telephony project management
- Strong knowledge of Contact Center voice technologies - Avaya or Mitel
- Strong knowledge of VOIP - Avaya, Mitel, or Cisco
- Strong business, financial, and network technology acumen
- Accomplished MS Project user
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Job Requirements
Minimum Requirements: College degree in Engineering or a related field and 3-5 years professional level experience; or 7 years professional level related Engineering/Technical experience; or an equivalent combination of education and professional level related Engineering/Technical experience required.
