Job Purpose
What does an extraordinary Project Coordinator do at Fiserv?

You will play a meaningful role as a Project Coordinator because you are leading efficient and effective project management plans for our Card Service clients. From start to finish you will be involved with making changes at a network level for financial institutions, merchants, and 3rd party processors. Today the networks we support are STAR, MoneyPass, and Accel.

As a Project Coordinator, you can look forward to:
• Managing assigned customer implementations• Working to ensure effective capacity management, scheduling, client utilization and happiness• Providing consultation to the client before, during and after conversion or implementation, including the development of new department procedures the conversion/implementation may need• Analyzing and identifying root cause; providing input to solutions that lead to success for Fiserv and the client• Defining project requirements by identifying project achievements, phases, and elements; forming a reciprocal project team• Monitoring project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions in accordance with stated procedure• Assisting management with the planning and design of improvements to business processes• Serving as a liaison across the division and directly with clients for resources, critical issues, progress reports

Basic qualifications for consideration:
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred• Minimum of 1 year of project coordination experience• Experience working in an external client facing role• Ability to provide after-hours support when needed

Preferred qualifications for consideration:
• Payment network knowledge, OR previous experience working at a processor or with Visa/Mastercard• Experience with the implementation and or conversion of SaaS solutions in the in banking, financial services, and/or software industries• Experience in driving large scale change efforts within a matrixed environment• Proficient with Project Management tools• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point• Excellent social and presentation skills
