Reporting directly to the R&D COE Director, the R&D Program Manager will be embedded as part of the project team, managing timelines and remedying issues to secure on-time or expedited new product launches. The individual(s) will be highly focused and organized with the ability to form and maintain strong relationships at all levels of the business.
Key skills and responsibilities (not limited to):
- Familiarity with stage gate processes, preferably in an R&D setting
- Manage project timelines, cost and budget tracking
- Ability to quickly adapt to complex changes and issues
- Manage multiple complex programs and priorities - ability to resolve competing priorities
- Self-directed finisher
- Work with teams in all parts and levels of the business to maintain timelines
- Ability to identify issues and resolve with a self-directed hands-on approach
- MS office literate
- Ability to communicate well verbally and in writing
