A Day in the Life
In this role, you will use your project coordination skills to perform complex and diverse organizational duties. If you are someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and can take initiative and prioritize responsibilities, this may be the role for you!
Responsibilities will include but is not limited to:
- Order processing (PO generation, ordering, tracking, follow-up)
- Invoice adjustments
- Build and maintain good vendor relationships
- Shipping and receiving
- Inventory management
- Stock room and storage management
- Calibrated instrument storage and tracking
- Continuous improvement projects
Must Have: Minimum Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
Nice to Have
- Excellent communications skills (verbal and written).
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Previous experience working in procurement, shipping/receiving, inventory management, administration.
