A Day in the Life

In this role, you will use your project coordination skills to perform complex and diverse organizational duties. If you are someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and can take initiative and prioritize responsibilities, this may be the role for you!

Responsibilities will include but is not limited to:

 

  • Order processing (PO generation, ordering, tracking, follow-up)
  • Invoice adjustments
  • Build and maintain good vendor relationships
  • Shipping and receiving
  • Inventory management
  • Stock room and storage management
  • Calibrated instrument storage and tracking
  • Continuous improvement projects

 

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

 

 

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience

Nice to Have

 

 

  • Excellent communications skills (verbal and written).
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Previous experience working in procurement, shipping/receiving, inventory management, administration.
