Job description

SUMMARY

The eCOA Device Logistics Project Coordinator (PC) is a supportive role that will work closely and collaborate with the team Project Managers (PM) and Associate Project Manager(s) in day-to-day activities to support projects. The PC will be assigned project specific tasks that are overseen by the PM and/or APM. The PC is an introductory role into clinical research and is an excellent career growth opportunity within Project Management.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support to the eCOA project maintenance and assigned tasks
  • Gain knowledge of the clinical research industry and eCOA
  • Communicate and collaborate with the eCOA PM/APM
  • May be responsible for filing documentation, status report updates, meeting minutes and other tasks
  • Keep PMs/APMs and other relevant staff informed of current tasks assigned and progress
  • May be responsible for coordinating meetings
  • Other tasks as determine



REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Good communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under close direction
  • Computer skills, including MS Office applications
  • Ability to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Take initiative to learn



MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's Degree + 1-2 years of related work experience; or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
