Your Role and Responsibilities
Project manager for a global enterprise application services entity. Responsible for management of overall project. Serves as the primary interface and point of contact with government authorities on technical issues. Responsible for business and financial, programmatic, and administrative aspects of project performance. Prepares and presents status on program schedule, costs, deliverables, risks and risk containment strategies. The Program Manager shall act as the central point of contact with the Government for all program-wide technical issues and will represent the Contractor at all post-award status meetings. The Program Manager shall be responsible for all issue resolution, program management, and other contract support including providing comprehensive account support for the Evolve contract.
The Program Manager is responsible for overall contract performance and shall not serve in any other capacity under this contract.

Job Duties:
- Job Duty 1 with % of time - Project Management - 50%

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- At least 15 years of progressive information systems software and software management experience
- At least 8 years of technical experience in managing large scale software development projects
- PMP Certified
- Experience in managing clients, staff and requirements across multiple Agile Development teams
- Experience within the Federal Government
- A Bachelors degree in a related career field
- A fully adjudicated secret clearance
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Scrum Master certification
- ITILv4 certification
- Experience in managing cloud-based software development projects (AWS and Azure preferred)
- Experience with software modernization and migrations to Cloud
- Experience with the U.S. Department of State
- Previous hands-on experience as a software developer
- United States - DoD Secret clearance
