Make a Difference

The Program Manager provides coordination and oversight of assigned clinical services and program operations and may have direct clinical service responsibilities. Ensures the effective operation of assigned programs including but not limited 1) providing day-to-day onsite oversight of clinical services and operations, 2) ensuring supervision of all clinical staff, 3) ensuring staff conformance with applicable clinical and operation performance standards, 4) providing first line response to customer complaints, and ensuring the exceptional patient experiences 5), achievement of clinical and financial program targets.

Applicants for this position should be able to collaborate with others in a team setting, have excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude toward problem-solving.

• Recognizes and commits to critical importance of customer satisfaction (both internal and external customers) and with Operation and Clinical Director dyads of assigned business unit ensures the exceptional patient experience as reflected in strong patient satisfaction scores in their assigned business units. Serves as a first line responder for customer complaints.
• Responsible for screening and selection of candidates for clinical staff positions in their assigned program(s).
• Provides input in the development of program specific policies and procedures.
• Works with their assigned program staff to achieve conformance with all applicable regulatory, service line and network performance standards and Behavioral Health Services'/Community Health Network policies and procedures.
• Provides input for budget development and with the assigned Operations Director for their program achieves budgetary targets for assigned area(s).
• With the Operations and Clinical Director dyads assigned to their program(s), ensures program quality, program specific staff development and provides leadership in efforts to improve organizational performance in their assigned program(s).
• 2 year / Associate Degree : For BHS designated programs, a minimum of an Associates degree is required (Required)
• 4 year / Bachelor's Degree : Bachelor's degree preferred (Preferred)
• Required Certifications/Licensures: (Current Indiana Driver's License)
• 3+ years: One (1) year relevant leadership experience(s). Three (3) years relevant clinical experience in the mental health/CD/behavioral health field. (Required)
