We are looking for an exceptional Program Manager from an Engineering background, that should have a product mind set, be technology-savvy, and to deliver digital transformation and engineering engagements. The right candidate will:

• Provide leadership to large digital projects
• Expertise cuts across managing large programs, technology know-how, cloud principles, Agile DevOps & engineering excellence
• Understand complex issues, design innovative solutions involving one or more technologies
• Develop and Present an Engineering-centric solution during customer conversations
• Possess an overall Product and Platform mindset while designing solutions
• Lead/ Participate in technical design reviews & discussions
• Agile way of thinking to deliver Greenfield or Modernization projects
• Manage financials of Agile projects like bid, resource, change, scope
• Manage product backlog, understanding the dynamics of MSA, CI/CD, containers
• Deep-dive into cloud platforms to manage cloud native architectural development
• Interaction and review on RFP solution and estimation
• Participate in design discussions and review of greenfield/brownfield cloud applications
• Work closely with the Technical Architects and Full-stack engineer to ensure the solution design and implementation plan is completely understand by the team
• Work with nearshore team to resolve any technical challenges
  

Ideally you will also have:

• Undergraduate Degree in Computer Science, Physics or Mathematics (Graduate Degree always is a plus)
• 7-10+ years experience in Program Management
• An Agile mindset with experience working in Agile environment
• A spirit of collaboration and transparent communication
• A natural curiosity for new scripting languages , frameworks and technologies 
• High personal code/development standards (peer testing, unit testing, documentation, etc)
