About the role:
TQL is seeking an IT Infrastructure Program Manager who will be responsible for the full life cycle of infrastructure project management from initiation through deployment using Agile and Waterfall methodologies. This position will be responsible for the strategic and tactical level planning of projects/programs and for the successful delivery of key initiative outcomes that achieve operational priorities. You will be tasked with ensuring deliverables align with the applicable scope, timeline, budget and achieve the expected long-term benefits of the entire program.

What you'll be doing:

• Support all levels and departments by serving as a liaison to project stakeholders and communicating effectively to influence and assist in the decision-making process
• Build, develop, and grow business relationships vital to project and program success
• Collect and analyze data to establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and make recommendations for improvement
• Reduce or eliminate risks by early identification, assessment and problem solving
• Develop project work plans for multiple projects/programs simultaneously
• Manage complex projects/programs that have high impact and visibility to business with an emphasis on delivering business value through high quality technical solutions
• Promote collaboration across teams and departments to ensure prioritized work is progressing and cross-team dependencies are addressed

What you need:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Experience managing medium to large scale full life cycle IT projects through conception, implementation and evaluation required
• Experience with network and infrastructure needs preferred
• Demonstrated experience quickly learning new technologies
• Proven communication skills with strong facilitation and presentations skills and ability to cultivate positive relationships
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and resources in a dynamic environment and organize complex information
• Proven ability to work in an ambiguous environment and effectively collaborate with cross-functional and cross-organizational teams to drive results and achieve the project/program objectives
• Strong critical thinking skills with a demonstrated ability to identify strengths and weakness of solutions and proposed strategies
