As a Program Director you will lead the Dallas engineering practice and oversee teams that plan and execute diverse commercial and residential projects. You'll schedule and manage all engineering team activities and provide quality assurance. As the senior technical leader in the office, you'll play a key role in mentoring and coaching others. This is a great opportunity to lead a small team and share your knowledge and skill sets with other.

We establish long-term, meaningful relationships with clients focused on building multi-unit national footprints and integrate with their teams to help them design, manage and develop their brand across the country.

Our Program Directors have a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited school, a Professional Engineer license, and have applied their 10-15+ years of experience in civil site design and land development projects.
