We are looking for an accomplished leader with demonstrated technical project and program management experience to lead an outstanding team and drive Apple Pay roadmap. We deliver integrated system solutions for Apple Pay and work closely with client engineering, third-party integration partners and other backend systems.

Key Qualifications
Experience in technical program and project management, process improvement, and leading large cross-functional projects and roadmap, and ability to identify risks, and recommend adjustments to the roadmap.
Effective decision-maker - balance risks and benefits for the overall good of Apple. Maintain flexibility to handle directional change and maintain ability to concurrently manage multiple priorities on the roadmap.
Results oriented, highly motivated and able to work under minimal supervision in a cross-functional environment at detailed levels whilst taking account of interdependencies at higher levels.
Ability to effectively influence partners, push projects and programs forward.
Effective presentation, oral, and written business communication skills with various audiences and levels (internally and externally).
Ability to participate in and facilitate requirements brainstorming sessions.
Able to build a positive relationship with cross-functional internal organizations. Navigate and execute in an environment of ambiguity and lead teams to the successful delivery of solutions.
Have inherent passion to lead, mentor and grow a hard-working team who drive planning and execution of Apple Pay projects.

Description
You will lead and grow teams of highly effective Engineering Project Managers for the Apple Pay program. This role requires ability to drive collaboration with our internal cross-functional teams, and building trust and delivering against milestones with external partners. This role is pivotal in developing a roadmap that reflects the broad organizational inputs, and in the execution and delivery of it.

Education & Experience
BS/BA degree or equivalent field plus 5+ years or MS degree plus 3+ years experience, or equivalent
