Eaton's Corporate Division is currently seeking a Leadership & Org Effectiveness Program Manager to join our team. This is a remote position.

Position Overview:

This exciting opportunity supports the Leadership Development and Organizational Effectiveness functions within the Learning and Culture Team. Primarily the role will focus on program and project management and implementation. This could include curation, benchmarking, vendor and stakeholder management, planning, measurement, learning solution design, or other work as needs arise.

In this function you will:

  • Lead projects related to diagnostics and needs assessments, curation, design and development and may sometimes include facilitation of learning solution.
  • Lead projects using proven management techniques, by developing and managing project plans that are created in partnership with key stakeholders.
  • Leads global internal (Learning Support Team) and external vendor project team members to deliver projects on time, within budget, and in accordance with stakeholder expectations.
  • Furthers learning culture at Eaton by partnering with stakeholders to further awareness and adoption of key learning activities and avenues. Curates and creates learning solutions to move leadership development and culture forward and helps establish effectiveness metrics for each solution.
  • Tracks, manages and communicates metrics associated with key activities, curriculums, programs as well as individual training projects.
  • Participates in and contributes to external benchmarking as well as best practice sharing.
  • Leads all efforts for expect Programs, including First Time Manager, and leads efforts for where leadership information is stored and marketed
  • Manage the deployment of and ongoing support for various Talent Management and Organizational Effectiveness processes and projects, including: development of training and support material, vendor management, testing, management of translation projects.
  • Develop and deploy related communications, toolkits/resources, and/or training that enables HR, managers, and employees to understand solutions and demonstrate behaviors or achieve desired objectives.
  • Support Eaton's Employee Listening program and interface with HR leaders across the organization and third-party vendor to administer surveys. Partner with the Mgr, Organizational Effectiveness to recommend improvements and changes, and get buy-in for implementation. Advises on engagement, retention and action planning.
  • Lead and execute a content management strategy to support all Organizational Effectiveness and Leadership Development processes/tools. This includes placing content at the most beneficial point for use by the target audience, such as HRRC, JOE, the Career Management website, etc.
  • Refresh and maintain related content and materials as needed.
  • Collaborates with IT and/or HR Functional Excellence to configure and integrate content where appropriate, and with the Employer Branding team to ensure alignment with our brand.

Qualifications

Required (Basic) Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or business or relevant degree.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in HR or Business.
  • Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future


Preferred qualifications:

  • Familiarity with processes related to the selection, design, and development of learning solutions (eLearning, face-to-face instructor led training, virtual instructor led training, video and tools to improve performance).
  • Vendor management.
  • Experience with performance analysis tools and techniques (e.g., needs analysis, root cause analysis, flow charting/ process mapping, job roles and responsibilities mapping, developing performance measures, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to present and utilize metrics.
  • Change Management experience
  • Experience with employee listening strategies


Position Criteria:

  • Experience effectively managing client relationships.
  • Superior communication skills in the English language (written and spoken).



Eaton provides a competitive total rewards package commensurate with applicable skills, knowledge, and experience and consistent with internal and external market practices. The annual salary range for this role is $98,400 - $135,300
