Project Administration and Reporting:

  • Understand labor forecast reporting and collaborate with other Relocation Team Leads and/or the Variable Team Leads to select staff for project
  • Manage, review and approve all reports for submittal to the client
  • Participate actively in quarterly budget reviews
  • Maintain revenue status for projects/accounts for which you are responsible
  • Manage the CPARS and the KPI process as applicable (CPARS for PI projects = Contractor Performance Assessment Recording System - Fed. govt.)
  • Demonstrate knowledge of risk and liability issues associated with consultant contracts, project agreements, and flow-downs
  • Prepare and report market-specific results to leadership compiled annual salary plans
  • Update and maintain staffing database
  • Understand labor forecast reporting and collaborate with other Relocation Team Leads to select staff for project
  • Establish and monitor the annual budget and revenue of the Relocation Project Management service line
  • Manages the CPARS and the KPI process (CPARS for PI projects = Contractor Performance Assessment Recording System - Fed. govt.)


Move/Project Management

  • Oversee all project activities on account and/or projects assigned
  • Manage personnel; delegate responsibilities and oversee work on multiple projects of varying complexity
  • Proactively manage project-related issues on account or assignment
  • Ensure JLL best practices and policies are being followed
  • Develop a quality plan for each account/project. Provide leadership and guidance in the area of service delivery quality and monitor quality results
  • Ensure operations manual is in place and updated on account
  • Participate in select planning meetings hosted by the client, JLL teams (in case of multi X account), and other key stakeholders
  • Review project status and track reports and invoices for due diligence and financials
  • Demonstrate a proactive focus on meeting client and project requirements in a timely and cost-effective manner
  • Oversee the preparation of various RFP's needed for vendor and contractor services for the complete project
  • Ensure the incorporation of "best practices" into projects
  • Ensure that meetings to review project schedules with all participating vendors and key stakeholders are initiated and held regularly
  • Identify and address areas of concern regarding potential liabilities and risk
  • Ensure project processes are managed in accordance with the client's and JLL policies and procedures
  • Oversee the procurement of all necessary vendors and outside labor
  • Oversee the management of supporting suppliers (technology, telephony, furniture, etc.)
  • Evaluate vendors to ensure compliance with the standards of performance
  • Develop and deliver required project-specific reporting
  • Comply with all JLL policies and procedures, including but not limited to time & expenses, ethics, and business practice.
  • Ensure that project teams meet performance expectations for client service, budget, schedule, and profitability
  • Monitors service line's annual growth margin
  • Recommend and implement approaches, services/proposals/that support RPM's and account's financial objectives.
  • Manages key drivers of financial performance
  • Responsible for quality performance of the RPM team on each account and project
  • Collaborate on continuous Best Practices and Playbook for distribution to the team

Skills and Knowledge

  • Proficient in FM: Systems move management module and/or facilities management system
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Strong Microsoft Projects skills
  • Ability to utilize the Microsoft Office suite of technologies

Preferred Education

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution, preferred in Accounting, Business, Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering or Construction Management strongly preferred.


Recommended Experience

  • 6 - 10 years of facility, project, or construction-related experience in a Corporate Real Estate environment.
  • Background in project management, construction management, architecture, or project strategy planning is desirable.
  • Minimum 2 years as Sr Relocation Manager or related experience.


Recommended Certifications/Licenses

  • PMP, CFM, NCIDQ, LEED, OSHA 10 (Required)
