Job Purpose:

• This position is responsible for assisting PDL with end-to-end delivery of portfolio programs and projects to ensure successful execution and alignment with business needs
• Ensuring program and project performance metrics are met to deliver key business value
• Providing technical insight to assist with troubleshooting of delivery issues.

Required Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of IT experience, including experience in Project management, OR 4 years of IT experience, including experience in Project management.
• Ability to influence and execute.
• Ability to manage time effectively, prioritizes, and makes trade-off decisions.
• Proactively addresses problems and escalates appropriately.
• Business acumen and application domain knowledge.
• Analytical thinking and consultative problem solving / consulting.
• Customer relationship management.
• SDLC / Iterative / Agile / Scrum development.
• Vendor / SLA management.
• Knowledge of Application development platforms / languages.
• Knowledge of Cloud computing / SaaS / PaaS.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure & Cybersecurity / continuous deployment / integration process.
• Experience with Project / portfolio management tools - MS Project / CBA / PPM / PMP.
• Oral & written communications.
• Teamwork and collaboration.

Preferred Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor or Master's degree in Computer Science, MIS or Information Technology
• Ability to tie together solutions across systems
• Adaptability / ability to manage change
• Creative thinking
• Experience working in a highly outsourced / offshore environment
