Compensation: $75,000-$85,000 + Yearly Bonus based on performance

Job Description:

Aitheras LLC is seeking a Project Manager (Technical Analyst) to support the agency's mission of enforcing controlled substances laws and regulations. The Technical Analyst will be responsible for supporting draft technical requirements, assisting in the manual collection of data from stakeholders, and providing data cleaning support of spreadsheets and PDFs as needed.

The Technical Analyst will also assist with market research and provide recommendations to help with efficient data collection and transformation. They will be responsible for providing quality assurance and testing for visual dashboards to ensure data transformation is functioning as designed. The Technical Analyst will track stakeholder feedback and input for enhancements and provide agile project management support to the team, including tracking, coordinating, and reporting responsibilities with meetings, product enhancements, and development processes.

Responsibilities:

• Support draft technical requirements for data analytics support and tools.
• Assist with manual collection of data from stakeholders.
• Provide data cleaning support of spreadsheets and PDFs as needed.
• Assist with market research and provide recommendations to help with efficient data collection and transformation.
• Provide quality assurance and testing for visual dashboards.
• Track stakeholder feedback and input for enhancements.
• Provide agile project management support to the team, including tracking, coordinating, and reporting responsibilities with meetings, product enhancements, and development processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree
• Advanced Excel skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously 

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Experience with at least 75% of the technical description.
