The position will be responsible to execute large scale IT project and be able to run multiple projects concurrently. The person is responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget. Project planning includes resource planning, budget preparation, progress monitoring, and communication with stakeholders so they can be informed the entire way.

This position is within the IT organization and reports to the manager of IT acquis ion and site expansion.
Design & Build: Develop CPQ functionalities on the Salesforce platform with both Salesforce and Oracle CPQ technologies; which includes the way Salesforce works/integrates with and is used by other important business systems.

Collaboration: Be able to lead cross functional project team (include business operation team, external consulting team and interna IT team) to carry out CPQ related projects. Work with business teams use best practices of CPQ features.

Analytics: Play an analytical role in quickly and thoroughly analyzing requirements for reporting and subsequently translating the emanating results into good technical data designs. In this capacity, the System Analyst configures and develops technical specification documentation for all processes.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5 or more years of experience with Salesforce or Oracle/BMI CPQ
  • Experience implementing Opportunity to Quote, Quote to Contract/Subscription/Order. Candidates should be well versed in Renewals and Amendments (co-term/supercede) along with customization.
  • Experience in contracted prices, quote templates, quote processes and custom actions.
  • Experience in Salesforce and/or Oracle CPQ implementation skills with good command on Apex programming, controllers, triggers, configuration, Visualforce, batch processes, Lightning, SOQL, REST APIs and web services.
  • Knowledge of security and governance (profiles, permission sets, data visibility, sharing settings )
  • Advanced Salesforce experience with Classic and Lightning components
  • Experience with the Life Cycle of Development including Salesforce Deployment/Packaging using Metadata API, ChangeSet and code coverage.
  • Experience with customer success platform like FinancialForce are plus
  • Best Practices understanding on Coding Standards, Deployment and Governor limit
