The IT Project Manager is responsible for coordinating the delivery of information technology (IT) projects from initial request through go live deployment execution.

Your key responsibilities

  • Liaison between the business and technical aspects of assigned projects regarding project requirements
  • Manages assigned IT projects to ensure adherence to budget, schedule and scope of project
  • Sets and tracks project milestones; manages and accounts for unforeseen delays, then realigns schedules and expectation as needed.
  • Support the collection of evidence for Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) IT general controls (ITGC) for submission to Internal Audit
  • Support the item discontinuation process including tracking and follow up of new discontinuation requests and open action items within discontinuation forms
  • Schedule project meetings with cross functional teams to complete functional testing cycles, conference room pilots (CRP), user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Develop processes and best practices for IT project management


  • Interface with IT technical development team supporting the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Publish and distribute key performance indicators (KPI) for projects in process and trends for completed projects
  • Key contributor to the IT Project Management Office (PMO) monthly meeting



Who you are

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university is preferred or equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience of successful project management
  • Experience with project management methodologies; Agile, SCRUM, Waterfall
  • Experience with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Experience supporting Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) controls
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Excellent troubleshooting and documentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and under minimal
  • Strong Oral, Written, and Technical Communication Skills
  • Confident communication style with strong presentation skills
  • Experience in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrate outstanding service-orientation and strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work with diverse personalities, backgrounds, and level of technical skill
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Teams
  • CPM, CSM, PMP or similar certification - preferred
  • Experience with IT ticketing systems - preferred
  • Experience with medical device product lifecycle management (PLM) - preferred
  • Experience with Oracle ERP - preferred
