An IT Project Manager job is currently available at Belcan in Blue Ash, OH. This is a full time, direct job with full benefits. Great matching candidates will have experience managing large technology infrastructure, operations, and application development projects, as well as system integration projects. You will be managing multiple IT projects, working with multiple teams from the Information Technology Services Group to deliver technology solutions that solve business needs and exceed customer expectations.

IT Project Manager job duties:• Manages assigned IT projects to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope of project• Develops, maintains, and revises proposals for assigned projects including objectives, deliverables, project plans, timelines, funding and staffing• Sets and tracks project milestones; establishes and leads regular project team meetings, manages and accounts for unforeseen delays, realigns and communicates schedule revisions• Establishes and implements project communication plans, providing status updates to affected staff and stakeholders• Collects, analyzes, and summarizes project information as needed to provide project status reports to various audiences• Works directly with stakeholders, product owners and IT resources and is responsible for setting meetings during the project lifecycle to keeps these groups informed on status• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications:• 5-7 years of experience managing information technology projects• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment• Experience leading project meetings to gain consensus from the project team on tasks, dependencies, owners, and durations required to complete a project• Ability to build relationships and motivate cross-functional groups of people to complete a project on schedule• Organized with attention to detail• Excellent analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Thorough understanding of project management principles and planning• Thorough understanding of information technology procedures and practices• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint and Teams• Ability to predict challenges and seek to proactively overcome obstacles• Legal authorization to work in the US required

Desired but not required skills:• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification• Mergers, Acquisitions and Integrations experience • Experience with software development projects and development teams• ITIL and Agile methodologies• Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
