IT Program Manager
The Challenge:

We're looking for an IT Project Manager who can translate larger program goals into well designed IT plans and schedules, and who can relentlessly communicate across teams and with senior leaders to ensure program milestones are achieved.

This is an opportunity to have a direct impact on our client and its partners. In this role, you'll engage with clients to collect, understand, and define their IT requirements, analyze and translate those requirements into project plans and milestones, and create realistic resource-loaded schedules to manage and report progress. You'll lead regular Agile sessions to encourage collaboration, transparency, and innovation, including team scrums, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and user demonstrations. Influence and collaborate with others to drive incremental continuous improvements to products, services, or standardization of processes. You'll advise and guide a high-performing IT team on the management of their overall portfolio against a backdrop of competing priorities and limited resources in an Agile environment. You will write executive leadership-level communications. Join us as we deliver IT and Cybersecurity solutions for the better.

You have:
-6+ years of experience leading the development, design, architecture, and delivery of solutions, custom applications, or ServiceNow

-Experience defining, documenting, and managing resource / scheduling requirements and allocations to ensure availability of resources

-Experience communicating project status and approach to team members, stakeholders, and clients

-Experience facilitating testing, training, change management and communication strategy discussions, ensuring approaches are documented, and coordinating logistics

-Experience with Agile development and SCRUM practices
-Experience with ServiceNow and software development

-Ability to analyze and manage project risks and issues and manage client's IT expectations and satisfaction by performing quality assurance on all deliverables, managing customer / stakeholder relationships, and tracking deliverable development and sign-off

- TS / SCI clearance with a polygraph
-Bachelor's degree

-IC Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe Certification

Nice If You Have:

-Experience with ServiceNow solutions including ITSM, ITBM, Service Catalog / Portal, and custom integrations

-Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

-ServiceNow System Administrator Certification

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information ; TS / SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
