This is a temporary position of undetermined length. Job Description: Serves as the Scrum Master on the Digital Technology (DT) Cyber Risk Mitigation team. Partners with representatives from multiple disciplines and across leadership including Asset Management, Configuration Management, and Cybersecurity to ensure integration of key solutions across the organization. Responsible for facilitation of scrum ceremonies and other DT enablers to ensure business objectives of RMD DT are accomplished. Drives the overall strength and resiliency of the RMD DT organization.
Key Job Functions:

  • Drives integrated execution and monitors team's progress to maximize value
  • Enables DT teams integration strategy, structure and roadmap
  • Facilitate meetings such as team backlog grooming, iteration planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to achieve accelerated execution velocity
  • Assists with key deliverables such as priorities, benefit considerations, risks, and actions
  • Collaborates with business partners and Enterprise stakeholders to help identify business specific needs
  • Works closely with team(s) and lead(s) to turn business needs into prioritized, actionable outcomes
  • May serve as Project Manager to ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget and reports results
  • Provide additional assistance on ad hoc requirements

Desired Skills:

  • Business or Financial acumen
  • Understanding of current, Agile methodologies
  • Experience on a Lean-Agile team
  • Project Management/Scrum certifications


Minimum Education Required:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 4 years prior relevant experience
