What you will be doing:
You will be working with a range of clients, including some of the world's largest retailers to help bring them to the FIS system or help to expand their payment processing options to make it quicker, easier and more secure. You will be helping to implement the latest and greatest products and features that will impact how you are able to move money and make payments all over the world

• Working directly with clients on their software/code integrations
• Reviewing and providing feedback during the certification cycle
• Building out test system functionality that will increase the ease and speed of integrations
• Ensuring that clients adhere to best practices and industry standards

What you bring:

• Ability and understanding of software development and testing cycles
• Ability to quickly pivot from one initiative to another
• Customer first approach that allows you to interact with IT professionals to senior level executives
• Desire to understand and work with back end system changes that increase automation and self service for clients
• Desire to not only service but help imagine the future of how client interactions occur
