Job Description:

• Provides technical, administrative, and operational management of assigned project or tasks, including contract and subcontractor management.
• Typically supervises assigned staff, may include subordinate supervisors.
• Participates in the development of technical project plans, proposals, reports, and task order and administrative reporting.
• Provides technical, administrative, and operational management of assigned projects, tasks, and assigned personnel.
• Provides day-to-day supervision of a multi-company team of IT professionals, including network engineers, system administrators, cybersecurity analysts, project engineers, and physical plant configuration and maintenance specialists.
• Participates in the development of technical engineering project plans, proposals, and reports.
• Interfaces with government lead on priorities, tasking/workload, schedules, issue identification and resolution, and related project management details.
• Provides engineering support estimates for government projects, tracks life cycle management of government IT equipment, and manages multiple IT enclaves.
• Manages risk, tracks deliverable status, and provides daily, weekly, and monthly inputs to the government and program manager.
• Attends customer meetings and represents contract team.
• Ensures quality assurance of project deliverables.
• Maintains current knowledge of relevant technology.
• Participates in special projects as required.
• Responsible for employee time card management, performance reviews, corporate training, certification tracking, team professional development, and mentoring.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• BA/BS (or equivalent experience), 10+ years of related work experience.
• Must possess a Top Secret/SCI clearance
• Must possess demonstrated project management experience.
• Expert knowledge in network engineering, system administration, and cybersecurity.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• PMP
• Interest in data science, agile software development methodologies, machine learning, and artificial intelligence.
• Military training event and/or military experimentation planning, execution, and assessment experience.
