Position Summary:

We are looking for a Project Manager / Scrum Master who will be responsible for the project and scrum management of Change Healthcare CI/CD platform's implementation, enhancements, onboarding and support.

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, articulate, have experience managing projects for developing, implementing and support of software applications and comfortable working in a fast-paced software development environment. Your primary mission as a Project Manager is working closely with the Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Product Management teams, to ensure the timely delivery and support of Change Healthcare platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate Engineering sprint cadences for CI/CD platform's Engineering team
  • Maintain and coordinate CI/CD platform release notes, release schedules, release artifacts and customer communications
  • Work with other teams (Infosec, Cloud Infrastructure Engineering, Networking) to remove any impediments to the CI/CD platform Engineering team
  • Analyze, Design, Install, and Implement CI/CD solutions
  • Provide support to application teams in their usage and adoption of the CI/CD infrastructure and pipelines
  • Develop clear statement of objectives and performance metrics for CI/CD platform
  • Coordinate the onboarding of applications and teams to the CI/CD platform
  • Coordinate the CI/CD platform change requests and completion on time without failures
  • Define the project scope and objectives for all CI/CD platform initiatives and deliverables
  • Manages the health of the team/track progress and works effectively with team to remove delivery roadblocks
  • Guide the CI/CD Engineering team on Agile scrum methodology and execution
  • Partner with internal Business and Technical teams to deliver the expected software deliverables and performance
  • Exercise judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results
  • Work on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors


Qualifications:

  • BS of Computer Science or in relevant BS field
  • 6+ years of verifiable Project Management experience
  • Software Development experience is a big plus
  • Experience managing complex software development projects in matrix organizations and fast paced environments
  • Experience creating and managing project plans, risks, deliverables and reports
  • Expertise in two or more of these computer languages: Java, Go, Python, node.js
  • Experience with CI/CD pipeline implementations and onboarding process
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong work ethicand being good team player
  • Enthusiasm to learn new technologies
