The Security Team partners with the business to enable innovation while ensuring appropriate security protections and practices are in place and sustained. We help the Company assess risk and apply security measures appropriately - building them in from the beginning.
As a Director, Technical Program Lead for Enterprise Security, you will bridge the space between business objectives/value, priorities, and business risks. You will play an integral role in prioritizing the Security Team's work to drive building security in from the beginning - helping to ensure the greatest flexibility and avoid unnecessary costs.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Viability - ensuring solutions are viable for various aspects of our business
• Stakeholder management - highly skilled in building and managing stakeholder relationships to influence and drive change
• Advanced level knowledge in the development and use of security and product data to inform decisions - both quantitative and qualitative
• Deep understanding of customers/users' problems, how they think and operate and the platforms/technology they use
• Deep understanding of the business domain, stakeholders, business processes and constraints that influence security protections
• Highly skilled in assessing and communicating business risk and dependencies and driving priorities accordingly
• Translate organization objectives, strategies, and solution needs to the team to facilitate results
• Highly skilled in leading Discovery Process sessions with key stakeholders
• Clearly communicate the value of the of work being delivered
• Experienced in managing a team's backlog and ensuring it's transparent, visible, and clearly communicated
• Outlines clear acceptance criteria, to clearly communicate the definition of "done"
• Mentor team members to foster and facilitate professional growth and development
• Coach product owners to build security in from the start
• Actively participate in the recruiting process for the function
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:
• Bring a data and risk driven approach to decision making, both in day-to-day management and in making strategic tradeoffs.

EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
