About the Job

We manage and integrate the engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) of large, complicated capital projects. As a leader in energy transition we engage our clients at early stages of EPC project development and as Director of Project Resources and Small Projects you will manage a a portfolio of projects as well as a team of industry leading Project Engineers and Project Engineering Managers on multi-discipline engineering activities for ethylene, LNG, renewables, and / or energy transition projects. You will have a track record of delivering projects on time and on budget.

Responsibilities

• • • Manage a portfolio of small projects including:
      
      • Feasibility studies
      • Process Design Packages (PDPs)
      • Supply of proprietary equipment
      • Others
    • Manage a team of project engineers, project engineering managers, and small project managers
    • Recruit, develop and retain employees
    • Performance evaluation of direct reports
    • Coordinate with Learning and Development to create and deploy development programs for employees
    • Development / refinement of procedures and work processes in concert with the Engineering and Process & Technology departments
    • Manage department utilization
    • Annual budget development and management of said budget

About You

We'd love to hear from you if your profile meets the following essential requirements:

• • • Minimum twenty (20) years industry experience
    • Engineering degree required
    • Experience in ethylene, LNG, renewables, and / or energy transition projects
    • Multi center execution / workshare experience required
    • Experience in managing departments as well as EPC Projects
