The Role/What you'll do

• The Program Manager will oversee cross-functional initiatives in the Health Solutions team to ensure they are coordinated and aligned effectively with the company’s vision, mission and strategic goals.
• The Program Manager uses guidance from senior leadership and listens to signals from the market to understand market-scale problems, capture business hypotheses and recommend strategies to follow and experiments to execute.
• The Program Manager is responsible for cross-functional collaboration with all functions and especially Product management, Design, architecture, partnership and Project management teams but also Marketing, Sales, Customer, Legal, Finance and People teams.

• Creativity and analytical capabilities
• 8+ years of product management, strategic marketing, health care or health plan operations management or related experience primarily in the health care industry. Note that Circulo’s use of “program management” is not related to “project management”.
• Demonstrable experience in strategic planning and execution of those plans in rapidly changing circumstances
• The ability to engage senior leaders with diverse communication preferences
• Advanced understanding of research and data analysis methods
