The Client Onboarding Project Manager leads the new client implementation and onboarding process for an assigned portfolio of new Quantum Health clients once a contract has been executed. They develop and leverage strong working relationships with the assigned clients, third party vendors and external SMEs and manage cross-functional workstreams to ensure a smooth, timely launch and onboarding. They collaborate with Sales, Business Intelligence, Information Technology, Client Engagement/Account Management, and POD operations teams to facilitate appropriate client and consultant support throughout their go-live.

What you'll do

  • Develop robust, individualized project plans to meet go-live deadlines; lead and coordinate the overall client onboarding workstream in partnership with the client, consultant(s) and all vendor partners and internal SMEs.
  • Oversee, communicate and complete key deliverable tasks, project milestones and corresponding deadlines associated with the onboarding project.
  • Collaborate with technical/data resources within Quantum Health to ensure that the client's programs are appropriately technologically built, supported and measured in a scalable way.
  • Build and leverage strong relationships with external client resources and SMEs to facilitate timely, quality project execution and hold resources accountable to project plans.
  • Evaluate, address and/or escalate client onboarding issues to ensure timely resolution.
  • Manage multiple priority projects from the Quantum Health Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) as assigned by leadership.
  • All other duties as assigned.


What you'll bring

  • Education: Bachelor's degree required.
  • Experience: Prior project management and account management experience required; Healthcare/insurance industry implementation project experience preferred.
  • Proven experience managing multiple competing large-format projects in a flexible/changing environment with an ability to prioritize competing deliverables and properly delegate.
  • Highly collaborative approach; Comfort working in cross-functional teams and facilitating resolution of issues to meet client and internal staff expectations.
  • Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills with strong executive presence; comfortable presenting strategic/data-driven content to decision makers and SMEs in-person and virtually.
  • Expert administrative/technical skills; Comfort working on a PC using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), IM/video conferencing (Teams & Zoom), and telephones efficiently.
  • Trustworthy and accountable behavior, capable of viewing and maintaining confidential information daily.
