Job Summary:

The Program Integrator (PI) is a direct report to the Program Management Excellence (PMX) Directorate and matrixed to the Advanced Modular Technology directorate as a Productization and Execution Manager. This position will provide team leadership among the program office, assigned integrated product, and cross product teams.

The PI will manage the entire AMT portfolio, including Guidance Electronics, Secure Processors, Control Actuation Systems, and Common Digital Products such as MissileKit. This portfolio is funded at approximately $75M annually, split between Capital, IRAD, Program Funding, and selling. The AMT P&E manager assists in establishment of future products in concert with all of the RMD mission areas. The P&E manager will coordinate with the director, functional leads, Chief Engineer, tech director, and program managers to ensure uniform business practices are devised and followed.

Responsibilities to Anticipate:

  • Provide the management of overall business execution of the Applied Modular Technologies (AMT) portfolio, including staffing, capture, financial reporting, and facilities planning
  • Setup and sustain the Business Execution Model for AMT to operate as an "internal supplier", to include: SOWs, WBSs, IWAs, IP Assertions, financial mechanisms, etc.
  • Develop and sustain the productization of the products within the AMT portfolio to include product definition, usability, measures of performance, etc.
  • Market AMT products within Raytheon and especially within the five RMD mission areas, to include road mapping of future needs, and communicating AMT products and capabilities through websites and other means.
  • Works in the best interest of overall Raytheon Technologies Goals and Brand
  • Interface with counterparts from all Raytheon Technologies business units to share business practices and incorporate best practices
  • Develops program enhancing partnerships with internal functional organizations (Integrated Program Teams/Cross Product Teams) such as contracts, finance, procurement, manufacturing, quality control, logistics, data management (CDRL support) and administrative functions).
  • Display strong communication, influence management, and presentation skills with both internal and external customers to include influence of modular approach adoption.

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • A minimum of 10 years of business, program, or project management professional experience, or technical experience
  • Experience using financial analysis tools and experience with project management tools and/or systems
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in a manufacturing, operations, engineering, or Aerospace and Defense environment
  • Experience balancing technical, cost, and schedule constraints to meet project deadlines and expectations
  • Candidate must hold a DoD Secret Clearance
  • Bachelor's degree
