A Day in the LifeThis role offers the opportunity to support high‑impact Commercial transformation initiatives across regions, helping translate strategic priorities into consistent, measurable execution. You will bring structure, visibility, and momentum to complex programs, working closely with diverse stakeholders to reduce delivery risk and ensure progress stays on track. If you enjoy coordinating multiple initiatives, improving how work gets done, and contributing directly to business transformation, this role provides meaningful exposure and ownership.The position operates in a cross‑regional working environment and requires close collaboration with Commercial, Digital, and enabling functions across countries and clusters. There is no fixed reporting location, but the role requires strong coordination across time zones and fluent business English. Limited travel may be required depending on project needs and stakeholder engagement.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Coordinate Commercial transformation initiatives and cross‑regional projects, ensuring alignment on priorities, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and stakeholders
- Proactively follow up with stakeholders across countries and clusters to monitor progress, confirm next steps, and support timely delivery of outcomes
- Consolidate project updates and prepare clear progress summaries and leadership‑ready materials
- Lead coordination of actions linked to NPS (Net Promoter Score – a metric measuring customer loyalty and satisfaction) results across regions
- Build and maintain project management tools including plans, milestone trackers, action logs, and dependency tracking
- Coordinate delivery of Digital and AI (Artificial Intelligence) initiatives such as automation, analytics dashboards, AI copilots (digital assistants that support workflows and decision‑making), and workflow digitization
- Monitor project budget execution, tracking spend versus plan and supporting corrective actions with Finance
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience supporting senior stakeholders, business operations, or cross‑functional teams in a professional environment
- Strong ability to coordinate activities, manage priorities, and support complex workflows with accuracy and discretion
- Proven project management experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence interacting across levels and preparing high‑quality documentation
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented approach with proven reliability in handling sensitive or confidential information
- Fluency in English
Exposure to Digital, analytics, or AI‑enabled initiatives from intake through delivery and adoption is beneficial. Familiarity with common project management tools, governance cadence, and action‑tracking ways of working would be an advantage.
