We are seeking a Project & System Engineer III with experience in food and customized systems to support the design, implementation, and optimization of capital equipment systems. This role involves working closely with engineering, manufacturing, and operations teams to develop efficient, scalable, and cost-effective solutions for large-scale industrial equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Design and optimize capital equipment systems to improve performance and efficiency.
- Lead process development, from concept to implementation, ensuring system reliability and scalability.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate automation, sensors, and control systems.
- Analyze system data to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Support the commissioning and validation of new equipment, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including process flow diagrams, specifications, and manuals.
- Work with vendors and suppliers to evaluate and source components for capital equipment projects.
- Provide technical expertise and support for troubleshooting and process optimization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering (or related field).
- 5+ years of experience in process & systems engineering, with a focus on capital equipment for food processing.
- Proficiency in CAD software, process simulation tools, and data analysis.
- Strong understanding of automation, control systems, and industrial manufacturing processes.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external stakeholders.

This is an onsite position at our California Facility. If you are out of the area, you will have to relocate to start this position.
