To assist in delivery of Open Market Credit Cards, activate cards and support customers to register to IB
Job Description
- To call customers who have not yet collected their Welcome packs
- Once collected, to activate their debit / credit card/s as appropriate.
- To assist them to register to internet banking
- To call Open Market customers to collect their credit cards.
- Once collected, to activate their debit / credit card/s as appropriate.
- To assist them to register to internet banking
- To call customers who have already collected their cards but are not yet activated.
- To activate their card/s.
- To assist them to register to internet banking
- To update the register as and when the cards are collected / activated
To update their profiles on eBox, KAMLS and First Vision
To help look for cards at Absa House for customers to collect
Education
Higher Certificates and Advanced National (Vocational) Certificates: Business, Commerce and Management Studies (Required)
