Your Responsibilities:
• Project Support Specialist collaborate with PM TL to develop various project management doc-uments. These include project budgets, schedules, scope statements, and project plans.
• They also handle administrative tasks such as managing invoices, purchase orders, and inventory reports related to project finances.
• They supervise the project procurement process.
• They co-ordinate with project supplier to assess their needs, define project requirements, ac-ceptance criteria, and project timelines.
• They Support Project Manager to follow up with Factories to achieve project mile-stones and deliverables.
• Regular updates to be provided for project stakeholders on the follow-up for the Invoicing , Cashflow and revenue recognition.
• They schedule stakeholder meetings, document proceedings, and generate reports.
• Promoting cross-team collaboration ensures that project tasks are completed efficiently, and deliverables are completed on time.
• To develop the Schedule, to generate the OMM, manages the document control and collabora-tion across the factories with different time zones.
• Review and comments the Transformer Drawings from Factory to meet the expectation / Con-tractual requirements of Customer.
• Prepare the document submission and Cable Schedule
Your Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering – Electrical with Power Industry Experience
- Candidate should have 3+ years of experience through Project Handling in transformer industry or similar in HV/Substation based equipment’s
- Strong and demonstrated experience in management of scope, cost, schedules and ven-dor/subcontractors.
- Solid experience in managing orders, ideally managing complex orders and different contractual types.
- Solid computer skills including SAP (highly preferable), MS project, Outlook, Visio.
- Experience in coordinating multiple key stakeholders/teams in remote locations.
- Demonstrated commercial understanding.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and high attention to detail.
- Proactive and highly organized.
- Influencing and Engaging skills to achieve notable outcomes.
