ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Support Intern to join our team for a 2-month unpaid internship, with the possibility of continuing as a full-time employee based on performance and business needs.
This opportunity is well suited for someone who enjoys working with numbers, structured information, documentation, and financial data. A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is essential, as you will support the team with project administration, reporting, calculations, documentation, and day-to-day coordination.
You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in an international IT environment, learn how projects are managed from an operational and financial perspective, and gradually take on more responsibility as your knowledge grows.
German language skills would be considered an advantage.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Support day-to-day project administration and coordination activities.
Assist with calculations, financial tracking, data validation, and preparation of project-related reports.
Work with Excel spreadsheets and ensure that project and financial information is accurate and up to date.
Support basic accounting-related and financial administration tasks, including checking figures, costs, invoices, or other project-related financial information.
Assist in creating and maintaining project documentation, including project plans, meeting notes, status reports, and supporting documents.
Update task lists, timelines, and project tracking tools, including MS Project.
Assist in preparing reports, dashboards, presentations, and client-facing materials.
Coordinate meetings, schedule calls, and support project-related activities.
Ensure relevant project information and resources are properly documented and shared with team members.
Support the procurement and administration of tools, licenses, and other project resources.
Collaborate with different teams and support smooth communication across the project.
REQUIREMENTS
Attention to detail and accuracy, especially when working with numbers and documentation.
Good numerical skills and confidence working with calculations and financial information.
Basic understanding of accounting principles or a strong interest in finance/accounting-related processes.
Organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work with multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
Good analytical thinking and ability to notice inconsistencies or errors in data.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and general proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint).
Willingness to learn, take ownership, and develop professionally in a project environment.
Basic understanding of IT concepts, software development, systems, or tools would be considered an advantage.
German language skills would be considered an advantage.
