The Project Support Analyst role supports multiple projects, ensuring adherence to client contract obligations as well as BC’s policies and procedures under moderate supervision. The role provides financial and contract support, including monitoring, compliance, and documentation. This position helps with cost and rate development and maintains updated project records. The role generally provides assistance with more complex assignments and is expected to contribute to overall project success with assigned tasks. Our ideal candidate will proactively partner with Project Managers and other members of the project team to help monitor and coordinate projects from start to finish. This position supports projects in our Midwest region.
Responsibilities
- Provide contract support which includes monitoring, compliance, and documentation.
- Assist in cost and rate development and maintain updated project records.
- Provide invoice and progress reporting support to the project management team.
- Support the processing and management of subcontracts and purchase orders.
- Execute coding and processing of subcontractor and vendor invoices.
- Provide billing collections assistance as required.
- Maintain and manage contractual and financial project documentation.
- Monitor and report on project progress and provide timely updates to stakeholder.
- Assist in project closeout processes ensuring project requirements are met.
- Flexibility to adapt and execute various additional assignments based on evolving needs.
Mentorship
- May provide mentorship, guidance, support, and knowledge-sharing to help less experienced team members develop their skills and grow within their roles.
Skills and Competencies
- Possess technical aptitude to utilize internal/external computer systems and/or software.
- Understanding of contract and subcontract management procedures.
- Proficiency in project documentation, invoicing, and reporting.
- Ability to assist with project maintenance including cost and rate development.
Experience
- Typically requires a minimum of 2 years of Project Support or related experience
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Power Point
- Experience with Project scheduling software (any PMIS, like BST) and MS Project is a plus.
Education
- A degree in Project Management, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent experience is required.

Salary Range: The anticipated starting pay range for this position is based on the employee’s primary work location and may be more or less depending upon skills, experience, and education. These ranges may be modified in the future.
Location A: $28.30 - $38.00
Location B: $30.70 - $41.90
Location C: $33.60 - $45.70
