At Essity, we are looking for a Project Support Administrator to provide administrative support to our projects, ensuring proper documentation control, operational efficiency, and compliance with key processes. This role will have a direct impact on the successful execution of strategic initiatives, supporting the team with coordination, tracking, and information management.
Maintain complete, updated, and accessible project documentation within Microsoft Teams.
Ensure consistency and version control across all project files and records.
Support administrative tasks such as purchase requisitions, sourcing, and cost control.
Extract and monitor information in SAP (purchase orders, invoices, expense tracking).
Schedule and coordinate project meetings, as well as manage and follow up on calendars/agenda.
Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and minutes, ensuring proper follow-up of action items.
Facilitate smooth communication and document exchange among site supervisors, engineering firms, and contractors.
Manage and securely store legal documents, contracts, permits, and formal communications with authorities.
Consolidate and present project status updates in official report formats.
Professional with experience in administrative project support or similar roles.
Knowledge of SAP (mandatory).
Experience in purchase requisitions and documentation control.
Intermediate English (reading, writing, and communication).
Proficiency in Microsoft Teams and Excel (MS Project desirable).
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
