🚀 The Job Mission

We are looking for a driven individual to support commercial delivery on high-value projects.
This role is essential to ensuring financial control and smooth project operations.
Your future team will support major nuclear missions from our Bristol office.

⚡️ Manage the order book including creation, tracking and task order acceptance
⚡️ Reconcile hours and expenses to support accurate monthly invoicing
⚡️ Monitor project costs and support adherence to budgetary controls
⚡️ Maintain and update cash flow forecasts and aged debt tracking
⚡️ Ensure project teams have correct booking codes and system access
⚡️ Support reporting to NNB Project Controls Manager and flag risks
⚡️ Assist in budget planning and commercial forecasting activities
⚡️ Collaborate with teams to drive timely and efficient project delivery

This role is based in Aztec West in Bristol, working on a hybrid basis (3 days per week in the office). 

🛠 Essential Skills

🛠 Minimum 5 GCSEs (A–C), including English and Maths
🛠 Experience in project support, coordination, or administration
🛠 Strong Excel and Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
🛠 High level of organisational and multitasking ability
🛠 Excellent written and verbal communication skills
🛠 Strong numerical skills and attention to financial detail
🛠 Comfortable working in hybrid project delivery environments
🛠 Team-oriented with a proactive, solutions-driven mindset

✔️ Desired Skills

✔️ Degree in business, finance, or STEM discipline
✔️ Knowledge of NEC3 contracts or nuclear consultancy projects
✔️ Familiarity with CEMAR or similar project management systems
✔️ Experience with project controls tools or methods (e.g. EVM, PMQ)
✔️ Strong commercial awareness in a technical project context
