TCS SSC admin role is to serve the back-office activities for technical customer service. TCS SSC admin is responsible for handling of incoming emergency service requests and creating them in SAP, onboarding new technicians and third parties (TBD, new process automate), processing DMRs (debit memo requests) to enable customer invoicing and correcting invoice errors, managing third party purchase orders and payments. TCS SSC admin takes care of other general administrative tasks. Primary goal is to build and maintain positive relationship with customer and sales rep.
