Job Responsibilities
We are seeking a proactive and adaptable Project Specialist to join the FSP Enablement Support Team in a dynamic support role. This is a junior level role aligned to the Project Management Career Ladder. The ideal candidate will be highly detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously and be comfortable in a fast-paced evolving environment. This role may involve customer-facing interactions, so strong communication skills and a professional demeanour are essential.
We’re looking for someone with a positive solution orientated, open-minded, flexible and ready to embrace change attitude. The successful candidate will contribute to the team by providing reliable operational support, maintaining accurate documentation, coordinating with cross-functional teams and ensuring smooth execution of enablement activities.
This role also includes involvement in monthly finance activities such as revenue review, pass-through cost analysis and invoice validation, therefore advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential, including experience with formulas, pivot tables and data analysis.

- Support project coordination and tracking
- Assist with reporting and data management
- Maintain process documentation and team resources
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Provide logistical and administrative support across all enablement initiatives
- Participate in monthly finance activities including revenue, cost and invoice reviews
