Job Summary

Job summary:

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Project Specialist located in Aguascalientes.

What a typical day looks like:

• Internal Marketing
• Coordinate visits and visitors
• Share corporate communication
• Attend customer internal and external calls
• Support acitivites for top management
• Help establish project schedule, financial parameters, and technical requirements, managing project from initiation through transfer.
• Review and communicate customer requirements, specifications, and project schedule and budget constraints to cross-functional teams.
• Review daily production schedule and identify problem areas.
• Assess causes of problems and provide technical support and direction to project team to resolve issues.
• Develop status reports, including project financials, insuring project team is meeting customer requirements and measuring cost control.
• Create and maintain project plan documents, procedures and project deliverables.
• Conduct presentations concerning specific projects/schedules, etc.
• Assist in the management of larger projects/programs.
• Interact frequently with customers and/or functional peer group managers. May interact with senior management; frequently interact with middle management and individual contributor groups.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Bachelor´s Degree
• Fluent English
• EXPERIENCE AS AN EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT INDISPENSABLE.
• Creating executive presentations
• Skills to coordinate internal events(visitors)
• P&L and finance basics.
• Customer handling
• Expertise with Power Point
• Excel
• As graphic designer or similar & experience in Autocad (nice to have).
