Project Specialist - Technology Financial Management Platforms & AI
The Technology Financial Management (TFM) Platforms & AI Project Specialist is a strategic technology leadership role responsible for the platforms, data, analytics, and AI automation that supports Enterprise Technology & Security (ETS) TFM in managing a multi-billion-dollar technology portfolio. Reporting to the Section Manager of TFM, this role oversees financial reporting platforms, AI workflows, ServiceNow cost management, Power BI dashboards, automation solutions, and enterprise data integrations across systems such as Oracle EBS and portfolio management tools like Apptio. The position designs and maintains complex financial and operational reporting, leads the development of agentic AI and automation capabilities to improve forecasting and reporting processes, and ensures data quality and governance across platforms. The role also supports broader ETS Business Operations initiatives, including the Value Realization Office, while driving future-state platform strategy, AI adoption, and team upskilling at the intersection of financial operations and modern technology engineering.

ResponsibilitiesCore Responsibilities- Lead TFM technology, analytics, AI workflow architecture, and enterprise data integration strategy
- Design and develop advanced financial dashboards and reporting using Power BI and related enterprise tools
- Manage financial and cost management platforms, including ServiceNow SPM, Oracle EBS, and Apptio-type solutions
- Build and maintain AI-driven and traditional automation workflows using LLM tools, Power Automate, SQL, and Python
- Own enterprise cost and portfolio data models, including data quality governance, KPIs, and remediation processes
- Evaluate and implement future TFM/TBM platforms through vendor assessments, business cases, and roadmap planning
- Partner with financial analysts, portfolio leads, and business stakeholders to deliver technology-enabled financial solutions
- Support VRO and ETS Business Operations with analytics, dashboards, automation, and platform services
- Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, FP&A, and other teams on shared technology initiatives and standards
- Lead and develop a small team through coaching, performance management, and effective work assignment to drive aligned execution and business outcomes
- Drive modernization, knowledge transfer, sound decision-making, and inclusive, customer-focused operational practices
- Master's Degree and a minimum of 3 years of related full-time work experience or
- Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 5 years of related full-time work experience or
- Associate's Degree and a minimum of 7 years of related full-time work experience
- Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, or Finance and a minimum of 5 years of related full-time work experience in supporting Technology Financial Management or enterprise technology portfolio operations in a large, complex organization
- Experience with automation tools (Power Automate, SQL, Python, or similar), required
- Experience with data integration, ETL, data modeling, and data quality management, required
- Experience leading technology evaluations, platform implementations, or modernization initiatives, required
- Strong leadership, collaboration, customer service, and stakeholder management skills, including a proven track record of working with business units, vendors, and partner teams, required
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Project), SharePoint, and Teams (including content management, taxonomy, security, and permissions), preferred
- Experience with AI workflow development (Claude Code, Gemini, or other LLM-based agentic tooling), preferred
- Experience with ServiceNow administration or Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) module; financial systems (Oracle EBS / ePBCS, Apptio, or similar); Azure DevOps (ADO) for work tracking and testing; and familiarity with TBM (Technology Business Management) and ITFM (IT Financial Management) concepts, preferred
