We are seeking a highly coordinated, structured, and relationship-driven Project Specialist (Mandarin Speaker) to oversee strategic brand initiatives and streamline commercial communication channels. This role is a key operational hub that beautifully balances key account data support, project timeline tracking, and cross-border reporting. Your goal is to ensure project strategies are implemented smoothly, risk is escalated early, and communication lines between the international headquarters and frontline sales teams remain seamless.
Key Responsibilities- Project Execution: Drive the execution of projects, ensuring all strategies are implemented on schedule and targets are achieved.
- Progress Tracking: Track project progress, identify risks early, and escalate issues where necessary.
- Brand Relationship Management: Maintain day-to-day relationships with mobile phone brand partners, providing data analysis and operational support to strengthen collaboration outcomes.
- Channel Partnerships: Assist in rolling out Key Account (KA) channel partnerships, including data support and performance tracking.
- Bridge Communication: Coordinate daily communication between headquarters and frontline sales teams to ensure efficient information flow and smooth business operations.
- Ad-hoc Support: Complete other tasks assigned by the line manager.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree or above.
Language Fluency: Professional proficiency in Mandarin with a minimum qualification of HSK 4 or equivalent (both spoken and written) for daily business communication and reporting with the Chinese headquarters.
Industry Experience: 1+ year of experience in the retail industry, with a strong preference for experience with mobile phones, digital products, or home appliances.
Key Account Exposure: Experience working with major brands such as OPPO, Vivo, or Xiaomi is a strong plus.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work effectively in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
Execution & Mindset: Strong coordination and execution skills with a proactive, results-driven mindset. Able to work well under pressure and demonstrate a strong team spirit.
Mobility: Willingness to undertake short-term business trips when required.
Presence: Must be fully open to a permanent, on-site position located in Cyber 2 Tower, Kuningan, South Jakarta.
