Job Description

  1. Personnel Material Management:

 - Responsible for organizing, filing and updating employee files, maintaining the accuracy and completeness of electronic and paper files;

 - Complete the organization of other documents.

  1. Check In & Out Process Support:

 - Assist in employee in & out procedures.

  1. Basic Recruitment:

 - Assist in screening and summarizing candidates' resumes;

 - Coordinate interview scheduling, follow up interview feedback and hiring process;

 - Recruitment data analysis.

Preferred Qualifications

Requirements

  1. Educational Requirements:

 - Currently enrolled in junior college or above, preferably majoring in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, English and other related majors.

  1. Skill Requirements:

 - English Level 6 (CET-6) or above, proficient in dealing with English documents and basic communication;

 - Proficient in the use of Office software (Excel/PPT/Word), with the ability to handle basic data.

  1. Soft Requirements:

 - Meticulous and patient, strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills and sense of teamwork;

 - Passionate about HR work, relevant internship experience is preferred;

 - Ability to learn quickly and adapt to multi-tasking work rhythm. 

  1. Attendance Requirements:

 - Attendance at least 3 days per week, internship period needs to be guaranteed for more than 3 months.

Skills Required

  • Currently enrolled in junior college or above
  • Major in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, English or related fields
  • English Level 6 (CET-6) or above; able to handle English documents and basic communication
  • Proficient with Office software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and basic data handling
  • Meticulous, patient, responsible, good communication and teamwork skills
  • Relevant internship experience
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to multi-tasking work rhythm
  • Attendance at least 3 days per week; internship period at least 3 months
