Representing Sourcing function, a key member of the Project Team for product introduction(s), supporting in cross functional manner through industrialization process. Also, lead in essential and complex change management and maintenance activity.
Support and forge close interaction with Robotic Mower R&D team, Supplier Base and Aycliffe factory
Project Sourcing lead within New Product Development, driving supplier related activities to ensure projects are launched on time, with quality and within cost
Attend collective forums for Sourcing representation and driving activities
RFQ submissions and DOA related to New Product Introductions
Close strategic alignment within Global Sourcing, R&D, PMO, Factory Team(s) and Suppliers
Assessment and control of Product Cost v IR
Negotiation with suppliers and control of agreement / contract coverage
Essential change management control, for reasons of quality, cost and legislation
