You will work closely with project managers, engineers, contractors and key stakeholders to ensure schedules are accurate, risks are identified early, and progress is clearly communicated.
This role is a 2 Year contract with possible extension. Preferably suited to candidates local to the project region, however DIDO (Drive‑In, Drive‑Out) or FIFO (Fly‑In, Fly‑Out) arrangements may be considered for the right candidate.
You will be expected to work closely with on‑site teams, with a presence on site required to support effective delivery and stakeholder engagement.
- Develop, maintain and manage comprehensive project schedules, including tasks, milestones, dependencies and resources
- Update schedules to reflect changes in scope, timelines and priorities
- Analyse schedule performance, variances and risks, and recommend corrective actions
- Conduct schedule quality checks, audits and validations
- Produce clear schedule reports and dashboards for a broad stakeholder group
- Collaborate with project teams to optimise sequencing and resource utilisation
- Proactively identify scheduling risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Support other project control activities as required
You are an organised, analytical scheduler who thrives in a project‑based environment and enjoys working with complex schedules and multiple stakeholders.
You will bring:
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience as a Project Scheduler or in a similar role
- Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 (essential)
- Experience with Oracle Primavera Cloud (highly regarded) and MS Project (desirable)
- Demonstrated experience in schedule risk, variance and quality analysis
- Strong reporting and dashboard development skills
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business or a related field
- Project Management certification (PMP, CAPM or similar – desirable)

- Current driver’s licence
