Job Description

  • Develop and maintain contract-stage schedules from award through close-out, integrating engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning into a single coherent plan
  • Apply CPM analysis and float management to identify risks and opportunities early, advising Project Directors on mitigation strategies
  • Prepare progress reports, S-curves and deviation analyses for internal and contractual audiences, keeping customers, partners and suppliers informed
  • Ensure compliance with company guidelines and procedures; maintain a robust as-built schedule documenting baseline versus actual execution
  • Support onboarding and mentoring of Project Schedulers and provide schedule representation with external partners and clients

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in project scheduling within an EPC environment, with solid knowledge of civil and plant business across the full lifecycle
  • Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project, with solid MS Office skills and knowledge of PM methodologies
  • Ability to apply CPM and float management to complex multi-discipline schedules and translate data into clear recommendations
  • Strong verbal and written proficiency in English
  • Bachelor's Degree of Science or equivalent in Engineering, Project Management, or a related technical discipline

Compensation

  • Basic wage component (gross): 2 200 EUR/month
  • This amount is our minimal offered salary. Compensation is determined based on your level, skills, experience and qualifications.

Skills Required

  • 3+ years of project scheduling experience within an EPC environment
  • Knowledge of civil and plant business across the full project lifecycle
  • Strong proficiency in Primavera P6
  • Strong proficiency in MS Project
  • Solid MS Office skills
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies
  • Ability to apply CPM and float management to complex multidisciplinary schedules
  • Ability to translate scheduling data into clear recommendations
  • Strong verbal and written English proficiency
  • Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent in Engineering, Project Management, or a related technical discipline
