We are looking for a Project Sales Support Engineer to join our growing team—someone with strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and creative ideas that make a difference.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the bulk product sales process for projects in line with company strategies,
Ensure coordination and reporting of project sales processes,
Strengthen communication with existing customers,
Assist in expanding the potential customer portfolio,
Work in coordination with the project sales team, maintain communication with the headquarters, and provide operational support,
Select products for projects, prepare quotations, and guide the sales team.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical Engineering),
At least 3 years of experience in sectors such as HVAC, Building Materials, etc.,
Experienced in portfolio management and quotation processes,
Proficient in MS Office programs,
Proficient in AutoCAD,
Preferably possess a good level of English,
Strong negotiation skills and persuasive ability,
Residing in or willing to relocate to the Asian side of Istanbul or the Gebze area.

Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering degree (preferred)
- At least 3 years of experience in HVAC, building materials, or related sectors
- Experience in portfolio management and quotation processes
- Proficient in MS Office
- Proficient in AutoCAD
