Project Quality Manager Eurodrone (d/f/m)

Your tasks and responsibilities
- Single point of contact for Quality
- Ensure the communication and implementation of their requirements (including safety and reliability) throughout the company’s and Eurodrone specific operational processes (develop, fulfil, support and source)
- Ensure that all applicable activities along the product lifecycle (engineering and operations) are defined, planned and implemented (from the offer to the end of the product life-cycle including in-service phase if applicable)
- In line with the defined business management processes to provide Development Programme Manager with the required degree of quality on time and on cost
- Collect, analyse, visualise and interpret the relevant product and/or in-service performance data using all available means (manual and automatic) to identify and prevent early deviations
- Take effective action by means of lessons learnt consideration and of root cause analysis in order to mitigate and resolve any quality issues
- Participate or organise the deployment of preventive techniques in case of baseline changes (e.g. product modifications, manufacturing process changes, etc.)
- Responsibility for monitoring and assessing the quality of project process execution
- Active support of the implementation of Program Excellence methodology (e.g. APQP) and/or any other applicable procedures/processes
- Ensure adequate corrective actions are triggered when deviations to proper implementation occur
- Involvement in the handling of the non- conformance and waiver treatment including analysis of the deviations, monitoring of the corrective and preventive actions, as well as contributing to the improvement of the quality standards, where deviations occur
- Obtain the necessary evidence that the processes and activities comply with customer requirements
- Devise, negotiate and implement the product assurance plan throughout the duration of the programme/ project
- Implementation of the internal maturity gate process and consolidate the technical risk register and monitor the associated risk mitigation actions' implementation
- Attest the conformity of the product with regards to contractual requirements and legal rules, and monitor the conformity & attestation status
- Coordination of the resolution of customer Quality issues and provide feedback to avoid any future reoccurrence
- Support of the company's certifications and interfaces with external quality authorities (ISO, IAQG, EASA, ECSS, etc.)
- Secure Quality contribution to DDMS and ERP roadmaps
- KEY DELIVERABLES: Product Assurance Plan, Non Conformance Analysis and Consolidated Action Plan including feedback, Technical Risk Register, Risk Mitigation Plan, End to End Product/Service Conformity, Attestation, APQP Key Business Deliverables such as Quality Plan Timing (when owner)
- KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: to demonstrate conformity to processes and requirements at Programme level to internal Customers and External Authorities (when authorised), to drive non conformity management at Programme level

- Educated to a Diploma/ Master degree in Engineering
- Advanced experience in Programme and Project Management needed
- Advanced level in Quality necessary
- APQP Knowledge necessary needed
- Experience in costumer relations

- High level of negotiation skills
- German and English business fluent
