Currently we are looking for a Project Quality Engineer to join our Littelfuse Quality Team. In this role you will drive quality planning activities for new process and product development, ensure compliance with customer and Littelfuse requirements, and support successful product launches into high-volume manufacturing.
This role is based on-site in Kaunas and reports directly to Plant Quality Manager.

About the job:
  • Lead quality engineering activities throughout all phases of the new product and process development stages

  • Ensure execution of critical quality planning deliverables, including DFMEA, PFMEA, control plans, and identification of special product and process characteristics

  • Support change management activities for serial production parts

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure products meet customer and Littelfuse quality requirements

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and deploy best practices within the product development process

  • Participate in workshops and projects related to function and department activities

  • Support successful product introduction and seamless ramp-up into high-volume manufacturing

About you:
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field

  • From 2 years of quality engineering experience in a manufacturing environment

  • Experience supporting new product development and product launch activities

  • Knowledge of quality planning tools such as DFMEA, PFMEA, MSA, SPC, control plans, and capability studies

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and quality analysis software

  • Excellent communication skills in both Lithuanian and English

  • Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams

  • Knowledge of IATF 16949 and automotive quality requirements would be an advantage

  • Six Sigma Green Belt certification is a plus

The salary range for this position is 3300 EUR gross – 4000 EUR gross per month but the final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate.
